Hey Friends,
Hope everyone is well, and that you have enjoyed my photo’s and art of South Austin’s finest in action. I sure have, and I am even more
pleased to have the time today to share some more of my finest with you.

This past month has been a challenge with a few major bummers. Two weeks ago I crashed my car, so I am temporarily without
transportation. This is difficult with my kiddo back in school. To top this, my wonderful bank has screwed up my account and is now claiming
that I owe them tons of money. They refuse to take ownership and this has left me with a financial burden that I dare not go into to as I may
pull all of my hair out! I guess, this is what we pay attorneys for…most of them are already bald I think (tee hee!).

A nice counter balance for these unfortunate bummers is the success of my Son making the football team at his Jr. High School. The joy that
comes from seeing the pride in his eyes is enough to comfort the heart of any proud Father that’s for certain.

Aside from all the drama in my life I have been informed of something that really helps my heart to rest in ease. The family of my dear friend,
Jim Litherland, have laid him to rest hear in South Austin. The place that Jim loved as much as all the wonderful friends he had. They
scattered his ashes into the tranquil waters below the Congress Bridge and at a place that Jim loved to visit on a weekly basis, The
Continental Club. Warms the spirit to know that his family is in tune with where Jim would surely love to rest.

We have some great tunes coming up in the Month of September. A band that I am promoting will be playing at the Rockin’ Tomato on
September 9th at 10pm. Come by and check them out if you can. They are an extremely talented group of musicians. Visit them at
my space
and jam to a few of their tunes, better yet; come down to the Tomato on the 9th.

Another wonderful group that you definitely do not want to miss is Heart wheel. They are South Austin locals that have a following far and
wide. Check out these websites to learn more about the band and upcoming gigs. 1.

Well, folks…I’m off to browse through photos captured at Ruta Maya and Marias Taco Express for some photos to share. Maybe this Tom
Petty that I am listening to right now will inspire some Art : ). Until my next entry, stay well, keep your chins up, and don’t take any wooden
nickels (the bank won’t honor them!) Be sure to pay Jes the Adventurer a visit. He will be moving onto Atlanta soon and will embark on his
nest adventure. Once again, I would like to thank all of you for returning to the site! I am happy to say that the hits on this site are 9000 plus
and steadily climbing by the week. With Jes traveling around, we now have fans that are fond of our kewl town and our kewl scene across the
globe.``Gotta Love It!``

Respectfully,
Wesley

Top of the day to you,
It’s been a month since my last entry, but it feels more like a week. Time just fly’s by so fast... Fatherhood, work, and hardship can do that to
a person I guess. I have been eager to share some great photography and art with you for going on several weeks now.

The first musical retreat that I attended was a Virgo Party that was held by friends (Jim and Tinker) for the Ejammers. Great photos of
Heartwheel, Leeann Atherton, and a handful of others are favourites that I plan to share here with you today. The Ejammers circle is a
perfect place to network if you are an inspiring musician. I attend these shin digs as often as possible, and I have met ton’s of like minded
souls like myself that are true folks. The only downfall for me would be, that I seem to miss out on more shin digs than I can make.

My second music escape was spent listening to
Undertoh at Rockin Tomato. They blew everyone that was there away with thier unique style.
Talent thas has no problem blowing the doors off the walls is putting it mildly. They have been invited back to play later this month.

So much has been missed due to work and other life consuming responsibilities. I did not make it to the ACL Festival this year, and my
stomach turns at the thought of missing the Rolling Stones. I’ll be out of town when they take the stage at Zilker. Fortunately, for every one of
these musical retreats missed there are 3 to takes its place.

October thru November will bring some great musical getaways to enjoy. A few that I plan not to miss are Leeann Atherton’s barnyard party
in South Austin, Undertoh at Rockin Tomato on the 25th, and Heartwheel at Momo’s October 2nd & 27th (7:00 pm). There will also be a
Happy Jack B-Day event  will be on 11-11-06 or Nov.11,2006 at Ruta Maya headquarters (10:00 am to 2am). Im not sure of the location, but
the Ruta Maya website should have more info. on this. It is a potluck, so bring food or drink to share. They are hoping to have venison, goat
and chicken to grill that day; and are open to cooking other things if you want to bring meat, please let Zirah know in advance. 512-294-
3626. For those of you who like the picking parties bring you instruments for the Jam that will follow the 2 am PA cut off time. Think I will be
out of town on the 11th. Major drag, I had a blast at last year’s event.

For those of you who are new to the site, be sure to visit
Jes the Adventurer.  Jes has come along way in his adventures and his writing style
is something to be reckoned with. I’m sure you will enjoy reading his journals while appreciating his selection of music as much as I enjoy
publishing it.

As for now, I’m off to decide on what I’d like to share, and tend to my 15 yr old Beagle (Roxy). She’s not doing too well, and I am having
trouble deciding what is best for her (Heart Vs. Mind). She has been part of our family for so long her weakened health has brought  me a bit
of sadness throughout this past week.

My apologies to you Virgo’s in the Ejammer circle for keeping you waiting so long on these photo’s. I am truly appreciative to everyone that
has allowed me to photograph and capture a piece of history that will now remain a part of this South Austinites memory indefinitely.

See you all at the events!
Wesley

Greetings,
I have time needed to turn you folks on to photo’s of
Undertoh and some other favourites. I still have quite a few folders to review for
potential art. I feel like a child in a candy store at times, “everything” seems to jump out at me when I try to narrow down what I have time to
share and work on.

For those of you ready for a weekend of fantastic music,
LZ Love and Leeann Atherton can surely deliver. LZ will be performing at MARIA'S
TACO XPRESS (HIPPIE GOSPEL) SUNDAY (October 8, 2006 10:30- noon.)
Following this Leeann Atherton will be having the “Full Moon Barn Dance” at 3600 South 2nd St. at a cost of $5- $10. Check out this line up:

your afraid of the Camera stealing you soul or something…tee hee.

I am very proud to say that the hits on this website have cleared 10,000 today (A goal I set for myself about a year ago). Thanks to everyone
who has made this possible with their support and appreciation of what can be accomplished when like minded souls pull together. Austin
Daze, Ruta Maya, Russ Hartman, Maria's, and last but not least, Jes the Adventurer.
Smiles Up,
Wesley
