Hello Good Peep's, Hope this month has been going as well for you as it has for me. The celebration of my B-day will be a memorable one and I am now looking forward to a vacation with my Son and a visit with Jes as he will be heading our way on the 22nd. The Art that I am sharing today I created on my B-day. The musicians photo was captured while doing some photography for the Austin Chronicle at a SXSW music awards event a few years ago. I have used this same shot for other Art in the past but I think this will be the piece that I have printed on canvas for my music room. You folks have a wonderful day and be sure to share a smile or two on the way. Peace and Love, Wesley
The title of this photo art is, Full Moon Princess. Mainly due to the fact that local musician Leeann Atherton host the best shin dig Fullmoon Barn Yard parties in Austin Texas. Visit one of the three links tagged above to hear more of her music and to find out when the next shin dig might be. Peace and Love, Wesley

Happy June dear friends! Today delivers celebration for another year of life for myself. Its hard to believe 41 years have gone by already and it truly amazes me how much each year seems to go by faster than the last. Nevertheless, I welcome my life and appreciate every day every year has to offer regardless of how short or how fast it may seem to be. "Take the Time to Smell the Flowers", I thought to myself as I looked through folders of photography thinking of what to share with you folks today. I came across these photo's that I captured at Zilker Gardens and it became very clear to me that I need to take the time to "Share the Flowers". Thanks for visiting and I hope these flowers help to brighten your day! ( : Peace and Love ( : Wesley

I created this photo art of Ted Hall's Blues Church Jam (Right) and fellow musician Tommy (Left) to remind me of all the wonderful tunes these two locals have shared with us fellow Austinuts over the years. I met these two musicians several years ago at Gino's Bar and Grill and reunited with them several weeks ago at a joint B-day party with friends at the same location. It's no longer called Gino's but the good news is they continue to support the local artist we all love so much. Get back with you on the new name of the place. I wanna say Garrison Park Harbor, but I think the name has changed again. Anyway.......Let's call this Art: Two in Tune!
Hello Friends, It's nice to be back to share for a spell. So much to work with that it will be a task on my part in figuring out what feels right. If I had the time I would share all the world held within my third eye, but time is precious, so its wise that we utilize what time we do have for the best. I am sharing another chapter of Maria's Taco X-press with a favorite local muscian, LZ Love. A new kewl friend of mine (Dan) and I captured some wonderful photography of LZ Love and friends who love to sing, listen, and dance every Sunday. I captured some great photo's in California over the past week while on vacation but have not really decided how I want to share them. Anyway, I flew my Son there for a vacation that would be memorable enough to show him how proud I am for all of the hard work he put into passing his 9th grade year of school this year. He loved it so much he wants to move there....Not! I told him when he passes 10th grade next year, we will spend the same amount of quality time that hard work is deserving of. I will let you folks know how all that turns out in July 2010...lol! ( : In closing, I would like to say that I hope all of you are finding peace within the world we share. As for myself, life continues to be a test of will that defines personal accomplishment. There are many crossroads that are before me and as I attempt to focus my energy on these obstacles I find that my thoughts are focused on the well being of those spirits who are unable to find thier own balance. Balance that is deserving of everyone who is capable of love. I would like you to feel the energy that is within my art and photography; however big or however small it may seem to be, it's real, it's tangible, and knowing someone can take the time to understand that, is something to be admired. ( : Respectfully, Wesley |
